James Gray Innovations LLC ("we," "our," "us") provides live cohort courses, on-demand programs, and one-to-one coaching that help technology leaders accelerate innovation through data & AI. We are based in Austin, Texas.
1.2 Products & Services
Detailed syllabi, learning outcomes, pricing, and scheduling information are displayed on each course or coaching page so you know exactly what you're purchasing.
1.3 Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Taxes, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you submit payment.
1.4 Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store or transmit your full card details—Stripe handles them in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards.
1.5 Fulfillment & Digital Delivery
Course and coaching access details are delivered instantly by email after successful payment. You'll also receive calendar invitations and login credentials for any live sessions.

Any promotional pricing or discount codes will be clearly displayed with start and end dates plus eligibility requirements.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Courses & Programs
Courses hosted on Maven are subject to Maven's Satisfaction Guarantee, which allows refunds up to 14 days after the course start date.
1-to-1 Coaching Memberships
- Unused sessions are non-refundable and do not carry over to the next month.
- Reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting the session.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
3. Digital Delivery Policy
Because our offerings are 100% digital, no physical shipping is required. After payment you will receive:
- A confirmation email with receipts and calendar invites.
- Immediate login access to the course or coaching portal.
- Ongoing email reminders for live sessions or assignment deadlines.
If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@jamesgray.ai.
4. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and keep data collection to a minimum.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized traffic statistics.
- Contact Forms: When you submit a contact form, HubSpot collects your name, email, LinkedIn, and company to help us respond.
- Purchases: When you buy a consulting or coaching product, Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details to complete the transaction.
- Email Communication: We use your email to deliver course content, receipts, and occasional product updates (opt-out any time).
We never sell or rent your data. For EU/UK residents, processing is based on legitimate interest and contract necessity; you have the right to access or delete your data.

- Card data never touches our servers; Stripe encrypts and processes all payment information in full compliance with PCI-DSS.
