After 30+ years in technology — including a decade at Microsoft — I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant technology, stalled by human factors. Unclear strategy, untrained teams, leaders overwhelmed by the pace of change.
That insight reshaped everything. Today I teach AI strategy at UC Berkeley — where I've trained thousands of executives over the past four years — run AI courses on Maven, and help companies articulate and execute their AI strategy — including upskilling their teams.
