Coaching Strategy and What's Included:

The high-level strategy is to align on a shared understanding of your goals and then have brief weekly check-in sessions to inspect your progress and for me to provide feedback, support, and resources.

In between live check-ins, we will collaborate through shared files and asynchronous tools to make our communication light and easy. 

Monthly Review & Goal-Setting Session: For new clients, we’ll begin with a focused session to refine and clarify your goals, setting you up for success from day one. Each month thereafter, we’ll meet for a 50-minute session to celebrate wins, tackle challenges, and set actionable goals for the month ahead. This structured session keeps you aligned with your priorities and ensures you’re always moving forward.

Personalized Weekly Sprint Plan: Each week, I’ll review your sub-goals and actions, providing targeted feedback to keep you on course. Think of this as your weekly sprint plan—an actionable roadmap for what you need to accomplish to make consistent progress toward your monthly and long-term goals.

Weekly Flexible Check-Ins: Stay accountable in the way that works best for you. Each week, you can choose a 15-minute live check-in to review your progress and get quick support, or share a brief update asynchronously through Slack. This flexible approach keeps you on track without adding unnecessary meetings to your calendar.

Personalized Resources and Reminders: I’ll provide curated resources designed to boost your focus, enhance self-discipline, and elevate productivity, empowering you to achieve your goals with greater confidence and consistency.
